For each order placed, a receipt or invoice will be regularly issued.

With express reference to the articles. 3 and 4 Legislative Decree 185/89 the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller which the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

These general supply conditions apply in full to every order except for special written exceptions sent by www.mannaragioielli.it to the Customer.

- 2. Prices
The prices indicated on our website are indicative and may change without notice.
In any case, the price that will be indicated on the order confirmation that will be sent to the customer following the sending of an order will prevail.
The prices indicated on all pages of our site include VAT.
Prices also do not include transport except where expressly indicated.
However, as will be indicated in more detail in point 5, under certain conditions the costs of
Shipping and insurance may be at our sole expense.
For each item the full price and the discounted price are indicated.

Orders will be accepted for the minimum quantities indicated (only where specified).
Minimum order Euro 10.00 VAT included.

- 7. Returns and returns for repair and/or replacement.
The return of the goods, in all cases, must first be expressly authorized by www.Talent-jewels.com
The return may be requested for incorrect order, incorrect supply, for repair and/or replacement under warranty, or for repair outside of warranty.
Following the return request, if this is authorized, the RMA return code will be communicated to the customer.
The customer must send the goods to be returned to the address that will be communicated, clearly indicating on the package packaging the RMA code that has been communicated to him.
The products must be sent carriage paid, otherwise the receiving center will not collect them.
It is important that the packaging of the Products is carried out with the utmost care,
taking all necessary precautions to avoid damage during transport.
The Products will first be checked, then a decision will be made, depending on the circumstances, whether
send them for assistance, replace them, or proceed with a refund in the event of a return.
In the event of a replacement request for an incorrect order, it is essential that the customer also sends the new order at the same time as the return request.
If, following the return of the Products for replacement, a
order of other Products of equal or greater value (for example: if the customer is
undecided about what to order as a replacement), the procedure will be frozen pending receipt of the new order.
It will not be possible to request a refund for goods returned due to an incorrect order and subsequent request for replacement***.
Returns will be permitted followed by a refund of the amount paid (net of shipping costs) only in the event of withdrawal, and in cases where this is foreseen.
Please note that for some items it is not possible to request a replacement: Watches ed
and similar products.
Packaging, shipping and insurance costs and any other ancillary charges will be borne by the customer, in addition, obviously, to any repair costs, where due.
- 8. Returns and returns for replacement following damage due to transport. The return can also be requested if the products are damaged during transport. If the damage is evident upon receipt of the package, we recommend that you immediately highlight it to the courier and collect the package only if the copies of the waybill clearly indicate that the package is accepted subject to verification and quantification of the damage in order to request a refund. If the courier refuses to record the incident, you can refuse the package, requesting the return to the sender due to damage to the contents and informing us immediately. If the damage is not visible from the outside, or has escaped the recipient, it will not be easy to recover from the courier. In any case, since the goods travel insured, we will take care of forwarding a request for reimbursement for the damage suffered by the equipment. In order to request the replacement of equipment damaged during transport, it is essential that we are notified promptly. The request for reimbursement can be forwarded by us strictly within 15 days of the shipping date. We therefore advise our customers to immediately and very carefully check the condition of the products upon receipt, as it will not be possible to accept requests for replacement due to damage after the 15th day from the time of shipment. At the same time, the customer is required to file a complaint with a local police station in which they must indicate that they have received the damaged goods, specifying that the damage was caused during transport. The complaint is an essential document in order to request reimbursement from the courier, therefore, the customer must send us a copy after having submitted it. Since the evaluation and possible reimbursement times for the damage are quite long, in order to avoid our customers having to wait for the completion of the investigation relating to the refund request to have the products returned in replacement (provided that the refund request is accepted), we give them the possibility of returning the damaged equipment in order to replace it. Following the return request, if this is authorised, the customer will be notified of the return RMA code. The customer must send the goods to be returned to the address that will be communicated, clearly indicating on the package the RMA code that was communicated to him. The Products must be sent carriage paid, otherwise the reception centre will not collect them. It is important that the packaging of the products is carried out with the utmost care, adopting all the necessary precautions to avoid further damage to the same during transport. Since a refund request will be submitted to the courier, the customer will also have to send back the package containing the damaged goods, because the courier may ask us to show the package wrapping before authorizing the refund. The ideal would therefore be to send back the entire wrapping with the damaged equipment inside, enclosing everything inside another box to leave the one from the previous shipment intact. It is also recommended to insure the returned goods to avoid further complications. The equipment will first be checked, then the customer will be notified regarding the possible shipment of replacement equipment. Following the communication by the courier of the outcome relating to our request for refund for the damage to the equipment and what has ensued, in the event of a positive outcome, we will proceed, if recognized, to reimburse the shipping costs incurred for the return of the damaged products. -
9. Right of withdrawal The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to Law no. 50 of 15/01/1992 and subsequent additions.
9.1 - Terms - For contracts not yet perfected, without having yet made the payment, it is sufficient to send a cancellation email containing the order data and our order confirmation to info@talent-jewels.com - For contracts already perfected with goods already received, it is necessary to give notice within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

Cases in which it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal According to the provisions of Art. 5 - paragraph 3 - letter "d" - Legislative Decree 185/99, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of supply of sealed audiovisual products or computer software, opened by the consumer. The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in the cases in which www.talent-jewels.com finds: Even partial use of the goods and any consumables The lack or damage of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts,...) 11. Who does not have the right of withdrawal The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal if he purchases for purposes related to his own entrepreneurial or professional work activity or if he has purchased with a VAT number, with the relative issuance of an invoice. -
12. Cancellation of an order The customer can cancel the order by simply notifying us by email at info@mannaragioielli.it provided that the order has not yet been processed. - 13. Late cancellation
12.1 - Order with payment by advance bank transfer. If the cancellation occurs after the shipment of the goods, the customer will still be required to receive the goods, subsequently requesting authorization for the return. After the return, a credit note will be issued and the customer will be reimbursed for the amount paid, net of shipping and insurance costs for both shipping and return. Even if the customer refuses delivery of the goods to avoid subsequent return, he or she will still be required to reimburse www.talent-jewels.com for the shipping and insurance costs already incurred, as well as the shipping and insurance costs for the return of the goods by the courier.
12.2 - Order with payment on delivery. If the customer who has requested and obtained payment for the goods by cash on delivery, should cancel the order after the shipment of the goods, he/she will be required in any case to receive the goods, immediately requesting the return and refund of the amount paid, net of shipping costs. Even if the customer should refuse delivery of the goods to avoid the subsequent return, he/she will still be required to reimburse www.talent-jewels.com for the shipping and insurance costs, as well as the cash on delivery charges already incurred, as well as the shipping and insurance costs for the return of the goods by the courier. -
13. Warranty. Our company has implemented and applies the "European Guarantee of Conformity" towards the "Consumer" (End User), which provides coverage for 24 months, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects and any non-conformities detected on the purchased product. The "Commercial Warranty", offered by the manufacturer, unless otherwise indicated, is 12 months. The warranty does not cover products that have been tampered with, repaired by third parties or used not in accordance with the intended conditions of use. Products deemed defective, which at the sole discretion of the Supplier are actually defective, may be repaired or replaced without this entailing any liability for the Supplier for any direct or indirect damages. Return requests must be sent to www.talent-jewels.com in writing and must be sent to info@talent-jewels.com The warranty is provided exclusively at our laboratories or those of the manufacturer, depending on the brand and type of equipment. The buyer, having received the return authorization, is required to ship the defective product at his own risk and expense. Following the request, if this is authorized, the customer will be notified of the return RMA code. The equipment must be shipped carriage paid, otherwise the collection center will not collect it. The equipment will be checked first, then it will be decided, depending on the circumstances, whether to send it for assistance or replace it. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated in the return authorization email. -
