Shipping and Deliveries
Your orders are shipped within one working day from order confirmation or receipt of payment for advance bank transfers, for all products available in stock, all orders are insured for free.
Delivery Times
The products are entrusted to the courier within 24 hours of the order (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), orders for available products received before 11:00 am will be entrusted to the courier the same day and delivered within 24/48 hours (for Italy) following via our trusted courier. In the case of shipping to Sicily, delivery will take place in min. 24 hours. There may be delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and difficult delivery areas. For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country, on average they are 2-5 working days.
Customer Service
You will be kept updated throughout the duration of the transaction. From the moment the product is sent, you will receive a tracking code for the product and the web address where you can follow the tracking of your shipment online.
Insured Shipping
Our shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost to the buyer. www.Talent-Jewels.com undertakes to replace the item if it is stolen or lost due to theft or fire during shipping or, in the absence of the same item, to refund the total order.

www.talent-jewels.com cannot know in advance any taxes and customs charges as they vary from country to country. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority. This amount to be paid by the recipient is collected by the courier at the time of delivery or subsequently.
Applicable law and competent court
This contract is governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and court for any legal action brought by the Buyer pursuant to this guarantee or any additional legal guarantees will be the Court of Agrigento. In the event of victory of MANNARA' & C. snc. in any legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse MANNARA' & C. snc. for the expenses, including lawyers' fees and court costs, incurred by MANNARA' & C. snc. for its defense.
